Approved launch plans
Prices are in USD per 30 days, before applicable taxes. There are no automatic overage charges. All plans include review, correction and approval features; usage limits differ.

A 30-day trial provides 10 documents, 10,000 imported rows and 20 OCR pages. The Shopify approval screen states the selected paid plan and when charges start. Original retention is up to 90 days, subject to a shorter store setting and the disclosed pending-work hold. Failed reads return their allowance; repeated automatic attempts may be restricted to protect the service. Manual recovery remains available within the document and row allowance. CSV, Excel and directly extracted PDF content do not use OCR pages. Existing records can be viewed when new processing is stopped, subject to authorization and the retention policy.

Email support@unkrypt.com with the subject “Business information request”. We will supply our business address and a telephone number at which we can be reliably reached, without delay and with sufficient time before you decide to subscribe, free of charge by email or equivalent written means. Installation, purchase and an explanation of your reasons are not required. The absence of an ordinary support response-time guarantee does not apply to this disclosure.
This method applies only where disclosure on request is permitted. It does not replace a public geographical address where required, including Shopify listing requirements when serving EU merchants.
