The 30-day trial includes 10 documents, 10,000 rows and 20 OCR pages in total. Shopify shows eligibility and future billing terms before plan approval. No permanent free plan or automatic overage charges.
The trial’s 10,000-row allowance is larger than Starter’s 5,000 rows per cycle. Count the first file and its revisions when choosing a plan.

Who is Amend for?
Retailers who repeatedly receive supplier price lists and need to review cost or base selling-price changes for the items they sell. Occasional small edits may be handled with Shopify’s bulk editor. English interface; initial availability excludes EEA and UK businesses.
Will it change inventory or automate purchasing?
Amend does not write inventory quantities or replace full purchasing, FIFO or average-cost accounting. Supplier availability and reference prices are different from your store’s stock and actual receipt costs.
What if a table is difficult to read?
Correct cells, add missing rows, split or merge columns, or use manual recovery beside the source. Review is part of the workflow; perfect extraction of every document is not promised.
Where does external OCR happen?
Optional external OCR sends eligible price lists to Z.AI after file-specific confirmation. All pages must be free of personal data and you must have permission to send the file. Purchase evidence is not sent through external OCR. Read the processing conditions.
Which selling prices can I update?
The basic variant price in your store currency, with separate configuration and approval. This is not a bulk editor for Markets, B2B catalog, compare-at or discount prices.
How do support and cancellation work?
Contact support for setup help. Please do not email original supplier documents or credentials. Document-specific support uses the app’s time-limited access tools. Email is accepted at any time, with no fixed response deadline. Cancel through Shopify before the next charge if you do not wish to continue. Pausing updates does not cancel billing.
